Working principle

Heat pump system for small fruit and vegetable dryers absorbs heat from the external ambient air through the evaporator or recovers the waste heat discharged during the drying process. After the compressor does work to increase the energy, the heat is transferred into the drying box. The hot air is recycled in the box, continuously heating the materials and carrying away the moisture. At the same time, the hot air cools down and becomes humid. Through methods such as hot air dehumidification or condensation to remove water, the continuous drying of the materials is finally achieved.
